Writing is a powerful tool to nurture your mental health and wellbeing. It allows you to gain clarity on thoughts and feelings, develop self-awareness, and can be a good problem-solving tool too. So in this exercise, we encourage you to think about what you want to tell yourself in 4 weeks time, then write it in a letter for your future self to open. It can be easy to forget how far you’ve come, so this should be a letter of positivity and encouragement!
